Last year I planted some Lantana I was told that they would come back,

now its March and still no sign of life. I have cut them all back. My
question is how long do I wait?

Do the parts that are left still seem pliable, and it you clip more off does it look live?
I live in Austin, and had planted Lantana in the front about 5 years ago, cut it back every year (more last year than most because of how much it grows), and it has just started to show new leafs this weekend. It generally takes longer for the growth to start, leafing after Crepe Myrtles, red buds, peach trees or Mexican Heather for example. But once it starts to bud, it grows quickly.
